Info: Terayon Communications Systems develops, markets and sells broadband cable data equipment for cable-television operators to provide high-speed Internet access to residential subscribers. The Company's first product line was the TeraComm cable data system, which is comprised of Terayon's TeraPro cable modems and TeraLink Cable Modem Termination Systems (CMTS). The TeraComm cable data system, which the Company began shipping in 1997, is based on its synchronous code division multiple access (S-CDMA) technology. Terayon is structured around two operating segments: Cable Broadband Access Systems (Cable) and Telecom Carrier Systems (Telecom). As of December 31, 2002, 92% of Terayon's total revenues are derived from Cable and 8% from Telecom.
