company offers speech-enabled interactive voice

prototyping, remote monitoring, disaster
recovery, system installation and integration,
technical training, and solutions tuning. In
addition, the company provides enhanced
communications solutions to its customers on an
outsourced basis as a managed service provider.
Its services are used by network operators,
governments, and utilities, as well as companies
in financial services, healthcare, travel, and
other industries. As of August 24, 2004,
Intervoice had sold approximately 23,000 systems
worldwide, including Ameritrade, Amtrak,
Citibank, MasterCard, O2, Rogers Wireless, SBC,
Travelocity, Verizon, and Vodafone. It has
offices in Europe, the Middle East, South
America, Africa, and Asia-Pacific. The company
was founded in 1983 and is headquartered in
Dallas, Texas. |
