workflow and mobile workforce management.
@Road’s family of MRM solutions also comprises
@Road/Vidus taskforce, a field service
management solution for automated service
delivery appointing and routing, capacity
planning, scheduling, and dispatching. In
addition, the company’s family of MRM solutions
consists of various field asset management
solutions incorporating RFID, vehicle
diagnostic/prognostic, and sensor technologies
that could be used for driver safety, inventory
management, and vehicle maintenance and
scheduled servicing. Its solutions are designed
to meet the needs of customers in various
markets, including telecommunications, field
service, construction, facilities/waste
management, freight and passenger
transportation, courier/delivery, distribution,
cable/broadband, and utilities. @Road offers its
solutions in on-demand software delivery,
on-premise, or hybrid environments. It has
partnerships with Bell Mobility, Cingular
Wireless, Nextel Communications, Nextel
Partners, Sprint, TELUS Mobility, and Verizon
Wireless. The company has offices in North
America, Europe, and Asia. @Road was
incorporated in 1994 and is headquartered in
Fremont, California. |
